Pricing Admin
Create regions, import pricing, and refresh data.
Access
Pricing Admin is available to Admin users only.
Go to Dashboard -> Pricing admin.
Add a region
- Enter region name (example: Florida Metro).
- Set region type (state, metro, rural, etc).
- Set tier (optional).
- Click Create region.
Import pricing via CSV
- Paste CSV content into the text area.
- Click Import CSV.
- Review any anomalies.
CSV format:
region_id,item_type,unit,low_cents,mid_cents,high_cents
- region_id must match an existing region.
- cents values are integers (example: 250 = $2.50).
Export pricing
Use Download current pricing CSV to export your latest pricing table.
Refresh pricing from sources
Click Refresh pricing data to update from external sources. You will see warnings if any data sources are missing.
Anomalies
If you see anomalies after import, it means the new value changed significantly from the previous value. Review and confirm these changes before using in quotes.
