Track leads, update status, and convert to customers.

Lead pipeline stages

SurfaceIQ uses four simple statuses:

  • New
  • Contacted
  • Won
  • Lost

Use these to track where every lead stands.

Update lead status

  1. Go to Dashboard -> CRM & leads.
  2. Find the lead card.
  3. Use the status dropdown to update.
  4. Status updates save automatically.

Convert a lead to a customer

  1. Open the lead card.
  2. Click Convert to customer.
  3. The lead becomes a customer and the status is set to Won.

Customer records

Each customer shows:

  • Name, email, phone
  • Contacts
  • Properties

Use customer records to keep repeat work organized.

Best practices

  • Move leads to Contacted after your first call.
  • Use Won only after the customer approves the proposal.
  • Add notes in the project to preserve context.
